The first step in the adoption process is to complete an Adoption Application.
If you have not yet paid the $20 Adoption Application donation,
visit the ADOPT Page of the website, scroll to the bottom, and use the link to pay the $20.
Please note that not all of our adoptable dogs are listed on our website.
If you’re interested in adopting, we encourage you to submit an application and get
the process started. This helps us match you with a pug that fits your home & lifestyle,
even if they’re not listed on our site.
If you have or know of a pug that needs our help,
PLEASE complete the Surrender Form
so we can help the pug as quickly as possible.
Our adoption process includes submitting an adoption application, review of vet records for current/past pets, a phone interview and a home check. More information here
When a pug is available for adoption it will be listed here. Please note that we do not list every dog that is available as we try to match incoming dogs with pre-approved homes. If you are ready to adopt, we suggest submitting an application to get the process started.
Adoption fees go toward paying for the medical treatment of all of our rescued pugs including medications, surgeries, food and other supplies while they are in foster care. You can find the adoption fee guidelines here.
