We are honored to share that a longtime PRFG supporter and devoted senior pug adopter is once again sponsoring adoption fees for all senior pugs (age 10+) adopted between now and January 31st.

We rely on the support of caring and committed foster homes to help pugs in need. All of our pugs stay with foster families until they find their forever home. We provide the medical care - you provide the shelter and love.

Your support helps us save pugs in need. In 2025, we spent nearly $350,000 on medical care alone. We rely entirely on donations, and 100% goes directly to medical bills, food, supplies, and rescuing dogs from unsafe situations.

If you own or know of a pug that needs rescue in Florida or Georgia, please complete the online Surrender Form and submit a photo. One of our volunteers will contact you to discuss the situation and help the pug.
PRFG is a 2026 Grey Muzzle Grant Recipient
We’re thrilled to announce that we are a recipient of a Pathways Home Grant from The Grey Muzzle Organization. This funding will help us provide essential care for senior pugs in our rescue, including medical and dental care, and adoption-readiness support that removes barriers to finding loving homes.
The Pathways Home Grant is part of Grey Muzzle’s national effort to identify the most effective ways to help senior dogs move from shelters into adoptive, foster, or hospice homes. By participating in this program, we’re helping identify proven solutions that can improve the lives of senior dogs nationwide.
