Sometimes when we bring a pug into our care, we find out they have a life-limiting medical condition or needs above and beyond regular vet care. For those pugs who are expected to live only a few months or have extensive medical needs, they will remain with us to comfortably live out their lives as Forever Care Fosters.
Whether their time with us is long or short, every pug knows they are safe, loved, and receiving the care they need for the rest of their days. These pugs live with a real family, sleep in a warm bed, eat the best foods and experience unconditional love. Each is provided with the very best medical care and kept pain-free. They experience "pug life" as it is meant to be.
Forever Care Foster Homes Needed
Some pugs come into rescue knowing they’ll never leave our care and that’s where Forever Care Fosters step in and change everything. Forever Care Fosters open their homes and hearts to pugs who, due to age or medical needs, will remain part of our rescue for the rest of their lives. These special pugs don’t need perfection. They need comfort. Consistency. A soft bed. A calm routine. And someone who will love them exactly as they are.
Our rescue covers all medical care, medications, and ongoing support. You provide the day to day love, stability, and companionship that allows these pugs to truly thrive.
